S10 sets Eurovision song release date to March 3

The NetherlandsS10 will release their long-awaited Eurovision 2022 song on March 3. The interpreter of “Adem Je In” will hold its world premiere at the Tuschinski Theater in Amsterdam.

AVROTROS broadcaster selected S10 it’s Stien den Hollander as the country’s candidate. This followed an open call for songs after Rotterdam hosted Eurovision in May 2021. Representing a new generation of Dutch pop music, the North Holland native will be the first performer to sing in Dutch since 2010, when Sieneke s collapsed in the semi-finals.

For this special outing, the country departs from its usual primetime television outing. Instead, AVROTROS will head to the Tuschinski Theater in Amsterdam. Elected the most beautiful cinema in the world by Free time in 2021, this place celebrated its 100th anniversary in October.

Maybe Tuschisnki is also a hint about the entrance. Will the song and its clip be as cinematic and stylish as the location?

S10 sets song release date to March 3

AVROTROS has announced that S10, whose name is pronounced “Es-Teen”, will present its candidacy for Eurovision 2022 live on NPO Radio 2 as well as on different platforms. Like last year, the delegation’s social media accounts will premiere the music video, alongside the official Eurovision YouTube channel.

From the Tuschinki Theater, NPO Radio 2 Presenter Bart Arens will discuss the artistry of S10 and his journey to Eurovision on his radio program Aan de Slag between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. CET.

Earlier, AVROTROS announced that the creative team of S10 will consist of director Marnix Kaartcreative supervisor Wouter van Ransbeek and lighting designer Henk Jan van Beek.

Marnix Kaart acted as the main director of the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam, while Henk Jan van Beek already took part in the act of OG3NE in 2017. Wouter van Ransbeek will collaborate with S10 to develop the concept of the performance .
